After School Activities

This programmes gives the pupils an opportunity to develop personal and social skills as well as pursue sporting interests. Physical Education

Physical Education at GCSE has always been a popular subject in the school and the pupils that have chosen PE have performed well, with a large percentage achieving in the range A* - C.

The subject is ideal for any pupil hoping to move into a career in sport. The areas covered give an insight into all areas of sport. Much of the time will be spent working in the classroom but there are many opportunities to get on your sports gear and participate in practical sessions.

Those pupils who have taken the GCSE PE have found that much of their knowledge and understanding helps them with their work in Year 13 and 14 if they decide to study Sports Studies at Post 16 level.
